Welcome to Täby Centrum
Täby Centrum is one of the largest shopping centre in Sweden. Built in 1968 and extended in 1991, it serves as the natural centre of activity for Täby residents and has become their shopping venue of choice. Visitors to Täby Centrum come from the entire greater Stockholm region.
Täby Centrum has an area of 50.000 sqm and you will here find more than 160 shops, 20 restaurants and cafés and three food stores, cinema and other services such as bank en post. The centre endeavours to maintain a high profile mix of shops, and demand for premises is keen.
Young families
Täby Centrum has facilities which enable young families to make the most of their visit. You will here find breast-feeding rooms, KidCars (SEK 20 per hour), and a cinema-center whith four screens and a lot more.
Parking
There are about 2.700 parking spaces whith 3 hours free parking right next to the centre. (Some parking spaces can only be used for 1 hour).
Totalt finns det ca 2700 parkeringsplatser i anslutning till Täby Centrum och vi upplåter dem gratis i 3 timmar under förutsättning att man använder p-skiva. Vissa platser enbart 1 timma.
Location and public transport
Täby Centrum is located 15 km north of Stockholm with direct acess from E18, the major highway from the northern suburbs. If you are travelling by car you will have no problem finding a parking space.
For people travelling by public transport there are eight bus routes, taxis and the Roslagsbanan rail link which will drop you off right outside the centre.
